Chris Kiser, Engagement Manager
Chris is an empathetic and creative team player who loves finding solutions to the toughest problems. As a lifelong athlete and team member, he cares about valuing people’s strengths and always striving for incremental improvement.
Chris started his career in ad sales with Google, spending time in both the SMB and large customer organizations. He joined media analytics startup Moat and helped build their account management team over two years as they grew past $50M in revenue and were acquired by Oracle. He worked as a solo customer success team for Benefit Mobile, a small payments startup in the non-profit space, until they were acquired by Blackhawk. Most recently, Chris originated the account management function and team at support software company Help Scout.
Chris is a reader, writer, basketball fan, and movie buff who loves spending time with his wife, dog, and the rest of their family (specifically their nieces and nephews).
