Which of those strengths do you believe have contributed the most to your professional success?

 Adaptability. My whole career I have worked at fast growing organizations where change seems to be constant. I think my ability to evaluate various strategies and adjust quickly based on what the market is telling me has served me well over the years.

How do you lean on these strengths on a daily basis to contribute to your success long term? 

Adaptability continues to help me navigate an ever-changing landscape as we grow PointDrive.

Arranger is also a strength that is helping me in my most recent role. As we grow PointDrive I am managing multiple teams. My job, in large part, has become to orchestrate a strategy that brings the teams together and ensures we are all doing our part to drive toward the common goals of the company.

What is one professional moment that stands out in your mind, of which you are most proud?

Quitting my job in January 2013 with no real plan of what was to come next. I don’t think I’ll ever do that again and do not necessarily recommend it, but I had stayed in a career I didn’t want for too long and realized I just needed to walk away in order to really figure out what comes next. One of favorite quotes is “leap, and the net will appear.” I think I just needed to leap and once I did it set me down a path to get to where I am today, which is exactly where I want to be.

Tell us a little bit about your company, and how your strengths contribute to its success.

PointDrive is a sales tool that eliminates multiple-attachment emails by letting you package up and track any combination of files, links, and videos onto a single page. Leading sales organizations including LinkedIn, Transperfect, Huron Consulting, and Carver Peterson all use PointDrive to reduce sales cycles through more effective communication. We are a fast growing company where a lot needs to get done. I think the Adaptability, Arranger, and Futuristic traits all serve me well in this environment and help ensure I can play my role in continuing to grow the company.
